ideal for people who play at the YMCA or local club and just want their single games to matter. add a file competior complaint. it will list complaint types. No response to email, no show to game, illegal player substitution. 3 complaints and your out of event and no tournaments for 1 month. we can add a plea. if plea ok reinstation can reoccur. 2nd offence out 3 months. 3rd occurrence all membership privilages revoked. teams must play 50% of teams to qualify. if you win 50% or more, considered max score. additional game wins above 50% will be used to break ties at end of event and season. second tie breaker is games played to encourage play after maxing out wins.
